TERMS OF SERVICE
General terms and conditions of Swiss Prime Nails, 26 Heuberg, 4051 Basel.
We reserve the right to deliver our products only to customers who have completed a nail design course. Please send us your qualifications via email or post immediately after your first order. All orders are subject to the listed terms and conditions. By submitting an order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions. Orders are delivered as quickly as possible. If ordered items are not in stock, a part-delivery can be done if the order cannot be sent within 7 working days from the date of the order (postmark).
Transport is carried out by DPD Switzerland and is insured. Non-prepaid returns are not accepted. Deliveries to neighboring countries are carried out with German DHL Post and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Price changes remain explicitly reserved. The listed prices are the final prices.
Orders over CHF 250.00 receive free shipping. We have no minimum order requirements. Pick up at our store is possible with advance payment in the online shop. Claims regarding our products can be made within 8 days after receipt. Claims we receive after this deadline will not be accepted. For claims regarding damaged/non-working goods, please return the products to us within this period. The replacement product will be delivered free of charge. Shipping costs will not be credited except for incorrect deliveries from our side.
We provide a guarantee of 24 months on our devices. The device for repair is listed in the warranty claim. Replacement may be made only in exceptional cases. The following issues (non-exhaustive list) in particular are excluded from the warranty: handpieces not running smoothly, jammed hand pieces, and cables damaged by improper handling.
